Upgrading of the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System
1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Ten Million pesos (Php10,000,000.00) only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning for the Upgrading of the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) System, under PR No. 2025-03-0172 | IB 2025-29. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery completion shall be made within ninety (90) calendar days. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
