1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the 2025 Continuing Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos & 20/100 (Php3,566,994.20) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Three (3) units Brand New 10Kva Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), including their accessories and components, IB No. 2026-31 (PR 2025-11-0754). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
