1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) through the COB CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the following Invitation to Bid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
