Invitation to Bid No. 2025-04-103

1. Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC), through the 2024 Approved Corporate Operating Budget, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP3,410,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Three (3) 5kW Hybrid Solar and Wind with Battery System with identification number 2025-04-103 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PNOC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods and Services is required within and completion of the project as shown in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
