Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region, through the General Appropriations Act 2024 ASA NO. 2025-000001 intends to apply the sum of Ninety Million Seventy-Nine Thousand, nine hundred Thirty-two Pesos and Eighty-one Centavos (Php 90,079,932.81) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Seven (7) Units Solar Powered and Wind Modular Cold Storage Facility with Battery Generator. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office-CAR now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by one hundred eighty (180) calendar days upon receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
