1. The Valenzuela Medical Center (VMC), through the General Appropriations Act/Income CY 2024, intends to apply the sum of Philippine Currency: Two Million One Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Pesos Only (₱2,131,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING THE REPLACEMENT OF ACCESSORIES AND CONSUMABLES OF 3D/4D ULTRASOUND AND MECHANICAL VENTILATOR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Valenzuela Medical Center (VMC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Sec. VI.
