1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025) and 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2026), intends to apply the sum of Forty Million Pesos (PHP40,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) for Agus-Pulangi Plants. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
