Description : 1. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER (CFERMTC), through the General Appropriations Act 2024-Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP), intends to apply the sum of ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬One Hundred Thirty Million Pesos (P130,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Unit of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
