SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT BRAND NEW AND BRANDED PREMIUM ULTRASOUND SYSTEM

1) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, using HFEP Fund for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (PHP ₱10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item of the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) unit Brand New and Branded Premium Ultrasound System with ITB PB-EQPT NO. 2025-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot/item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) unit Brand New and Branded Premium Ultrasound System with IB PB-EQPT NO. 2025-14.
