ITB NO. 2024-604

1. The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) through the Hospital Operating Income intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six-hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP4,600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Lot of Blood Bank Equipment under ITB No. 2024-604. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Rizal Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is described in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements of these bidding documents. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
