1. The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2025) and 2026 Corporate Operating Budget (for the portion of the Contract to be performed in 2026), intends to apply the total amount of ELEVEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (PHP11,750,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of On-Line Oil Condition Monitoring for 3 Units, Agus 4 HEPP. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
