1. The Commission on Elections (COMELEC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2022, intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Four Hundred Forty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Two Pesos (P19,444,752.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Ku Band VSAT System with details as follows:
