Description : SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF INDOOR LED WALL FOR THE CONVENTION CENTER

1) The Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU), through PGLU Annual Budget CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (P5,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Indoor LED Wall for the Convention Center / ITB No. 2025-4-64. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The PGLU now invites bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF INDOOR LED WALL FOR THE CONVENTION CENTER. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with the delivery schedule under Section VI (Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. (Instructions to Bidders).
