1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Sixty Million Pesos Only (Php60,000,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 01-GOODS-CSEP- 2025.

Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial bid is not allowed.

2. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 now invites bids for the following:
