1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 13, through the Cold Storage Expansion Program 2024 C.A. intends to apply the sum of the following being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Five (5) units Solar Powered and Wind Modular Cold Storage Facility with Battery Generator with Project Identification no. J6/H1 2025-08-108. Bids received in excess of each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
