Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Branded and Brand New Multiparameter Patient monitor

1) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, using HFEP Fund for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos Only (PHP ₱6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item of the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Branded and Brand new Multiparameter patient monitor with ITB PB-EQPT NO. 2025-23. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot/item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Branded and Brand new Multiparameter patient monitor with ITB PB-EQPT NO. 2025-23. Delivery of the Goods is required as stipulated in the schedule of requirements.
