Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF BRAND NEW COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY (CT) SCANNERS
(AT LEAST 16 SLICE) AND ACCESSORIES

1. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center, through the GAA /IGI intends to apply the sum of Twenty-five Million pesos (Php 25,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the “SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF BRAND NEW COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY (CT) SCANNERS (AT LEAST 16 SLICE) AND ACCESSORIES.” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CVMC- BAC now invites bids for the procurement of the above-captioned project. Delivery of the Goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
