Description : The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) through the 2025 Congress Introduced Changes/Adjustments / Capital Outlay of OFW Hospital, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 6,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Brand New Anesthesia Machine with Ventilator and Multi-Parameter Patient Monitor for Operating Room and Delivery Room” (Project ID No. OFWH-ITB-05-2025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The DMW now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods/Services is required for ninety (90) days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed or Contract. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
