1. The Department of Education Region -IX, through the Government of the Philippines intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 3,100,000.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a 60KW On-Grid Solar Rooftop System for DepEd ROIX, Pagadian City with Project Identification Number 2025-06-173. Bids received in excess of the ABC for the project shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening
