1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue, Revenue Region No.9A - CaBaMiRo, through the Sub-Allotment Advice No. 2026020047 intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos Only (P13,992,439.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Furniture and Fixtures for the New Regional Office Building of BIR-RR No.9A-CaBaMiRo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
