1. The Municipality of Compostela, through the General Fund (NCO) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos Only (P2,790,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply, Delivery & Installation of Fiber Glass Basketball Board with Ring and Sticker for Various Puroks & Barangays of Compostela with Project Identification No. 2025-059. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
