1. The Barangay San Agustin, Carmen, ADN through the Support Fund from DOLE intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED PESOS (₱ 916,100.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery & Installation of Feed Mill Set-up Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
