1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Five Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Two Pesos (Php21,578,682.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Testing and Training of PAGASA Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Service, IB No. 2026-44 (PR 2026-03-0273), to wit:
