for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery,
Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Commissioning of IP-Based (VOIP) Unified
Communications System for the Department of Agrarian Reform Central Office.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
