1) The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), through the General Appropriations Act of
2025, intends to apply the sum of Philippine Peso Thirty-Seven Million Two Hundred
Twenty-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen (Php37,224,715.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery,
Installation, Configuration, Testing, and Commissioning of an Integrated Fiber Optic
Backbone Network. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.
