Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, INTEGRATION AND TESTING OF HYPER-CONVERGE (HCI) SOLUTION

1) The BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND PENOLOGY - NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS (BJMP-NHQ), through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR AND THIRTY-THREE CENTAVOS (Php 16,168,834.33) being the ABC to payments under the contract for BJMP REFERENCE NO. G-2025-027. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The BJMP-NHQ now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods required is SIXTY (60) CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
