  SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION AND TESTING OF PRECISION AIR-CONDITIONING UNIT (PACU) 10 TONNER FOR DOH DATA CENTER

  1. The Department of Health (DOH), through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Philippine Pesos (PhP25,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration and Testing of Precision Air-Conditioning Unit (PACU) 10 Tonner for DOH Data Center under IB No. 2024-294. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
