  1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (Php6,000,000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration and Testing of PAGASA Wi-Fi and CCTV Camera System, IB No. 2026-37 (PR 2026-03-0269). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
