Description : 1. The Department of Agriculture Region - MIMAROPA through the FY2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Six Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Pesos (Php7,699,997.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of Hyper Converged Infrastructure (HCI) System for DA-MIMAROPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
