1) The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), through the General Appropriations Act
of 2025, intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos Forty Million (Php40,000,000.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration and Customization Of DAR-HRIS and
its Associated Hardware Equipment, Deploy, Warranty Maintenance and Technical
