Description : The Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation intends to apply the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) amounting to Seventeen Million Eight Hundred Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos (₱17,813,659.00) to payments for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, & COMMISSIONING OF VIDEO OVER IP ENCODER DECODER.

Bidding will be conducted through COMPETITIVE BIDDING procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
