Description : 1) The Office of the Chief Minister, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (OCM-BARMM), through the General Appropriations Act for the Bangsamoro 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Pesos (PHP 21,997,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning of BICTO Intranet Project for BARMM Ministries, Offices, and Agencies Phase II. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening

2) The OCM-BARMM now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning of BICTO Intranet Project for BARMM Ministries, Offices, and Agencies Phase II. Delivery of the Services is specified in Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within three years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
