The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Hospital Income for Calendar Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos Only (PHP 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation & Commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Using Advance Oxidation Technology at the Following Buildings/Areas: Infectious Disease Building, Sub-National Reference Laboratory, Isolation Facility 1 & 2, and the PMDT Building with Bid No. 2026-03-03-023 (ABC No. 2026-008). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
