Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING AND TESTING OF FLOOR MOUNTED (STATIONARY) DIGITAL X-RAY MACHINE AND DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND SYSTEM
1) The DOH-Malinao Treatment and Rehabilitation Center, through the Sub-Allotment Advices (SAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Five Hundred Thousand (12,500,000.00) Pesos being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Floor Mounted (Stationary) Digital X-Ray Machine and Diagnostic Ultrasound System with Reference number: DOH-MTRC-B-10-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
