Description : SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF 3 LOTS PRESS AND POST-PRESS MACHINES

1. The National Printing Office (NPO), through the Revolving Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Two Million Five Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (₱32,580,000.00) being the aggregate Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of 3 Lots Press and Post-Press Machines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NPO, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, broken down as follows:

Lot 1
1 unit - High Production Digital Printer
ABC: ₱23,980,000.00

Lot 2
1 unit - Perfect Binding Machine (PUR)
ABC: ₱6,500,000.00

Lot 3
1 unit - Hydraulic Pressing Machine
ABC: ₱2,100,000.00

TOTAL ABC (3 Lots): ₱32,580,000.00
