Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Bids and Awards Committee, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Five Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (Php105,000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SUPPLY, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION OF BIOMETRIC EQUIPMENT & SYSTEM.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-named project to be completed within 25 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".

A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on May 27 to June 17, 2025 from the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (Php500.00) for the bidding documents.
