Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND TESTING OF EQUIPMENT FOR HAIR FOLLICLE ANALYSIS

1. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Two Hundred Thirteen Pesos and 64/100 (P12,774,213.64) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND TESTING OF EQUIPMENT FOR HAIR FOLLICLE ANALYSIS with Bid Reference No. 2025-12. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
