1) The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, formally known as the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through the 2025 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards3 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Pesos, P 22,000,000.00, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of Refrigeration Volume (VRV) at Villamor Campus. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, NAAP, now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of Refrigeration Volume (VRV) at Villamor Campus.4 Completion of the Works is required forty-five (45) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
