Description : Invitation to Bid for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Maintenance of Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) Hardware Scanner with OMR Software and Desktop Computers

1) The Department of Education-Regional Office VI (DepEd-RO VI), through the FY 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) NASBE Funds intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Seven Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P27,650,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Maintenance of Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) Hardware Scanner with OMR Software and Desktop Computers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DepEd-RO VI now invites bids for the following items:
