Description : The National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF SOUND SYSTEMS through Small Value Procurement in accordance in the Section 34 of Republic Act No. 12009.

Please submit the following documents to the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) at Doña Isidora, Brgy. Holy Spirit Quezon City or email to
bacsec@ncda.gov.ph not later than 3:00Pm of December 03, 2025( WEDNESDAY):

1. Duly accomplished RFQ;

Valid Mayor's/Business Permit (The recently expired Mayor's/Business Permit together with the Official Receipt/Application as proof that the prospective bidder has applied for renewal within the period prescribed by the concerned Local Government Unit shall be accepted.
