Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP600,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Configuration of Facial Recognition Biometric Devices with Attendance Software (“Project”) through Section 34 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. The goods and services shall be delivered to the PNOC EC Head Office and its field offices in Zamboanga Sibugay within sixty (60) calendar days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) for complete details.
