1. The Municipal Government of Naujan - Bids and Awards Committee, through its Municipality-s Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Trust Fund under LDRRMF 2023 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P850,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply, Delivery, Installation and Configuration of Emergency Response and Monitoring System (ERMS) - Phase I, Naujan, Oriental Mindoro/GOODS 2025-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
