The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Five Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Sixty-Six Pesos and 66/100 (₱10,500,466.66) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Configuration of Automated Security Validator Application, with details as follows:
