  1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy pesos (Php4,952,970.00) only, being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of WFFC to NAIA UTM Security Firewall PR 2024-10-0719 EPA || IB 2025-04 R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provision under Appendix 31 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 9184.
