Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE OPHTHALMOLOGY DEPARTMENT
IB No. 2025-03 BAC A

1) The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital and Schistosomiasis Center, through its- GAA/Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php18,100,000.00) only being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Various Medical Equipment for the Ophthalmology Department under IB No. 202-03 BAC A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital and Schistosomiasis Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ninety (90) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
