1. The Bicol Region General Hospital and Geriatric Medical Center (BRGHGMC), through the 2023 General Appropriation Fund (General Fund) and Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Pesos Only (PHP 4,899,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for BRGHGMC-GS-2023-18: Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Various Medical Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
