1.The San Juan Water District, through the Corporate Operating Budget of SJWD for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY ( Php 1,900,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Utility Management System for Billing and Collection and Supply and Delivery of Mobile Handheld Device and Printer . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
