Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)
PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2022 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (PhP369,600.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) in Malangas Coal Laboratory (MCL). The items shall be delivered at PNOC EC, Km. 9, Diplahan, Malangas, Zamboanga Sibugay within Thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of NTP and PO.
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details.
