1) The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Office of the City Mayor (100-02-01-001) Annual Budget CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Twenty Five (25) KVA Silent Type Diesel Generator Set with Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) for the use of Server Room at ICTO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
