The National Irrigation Administration (NIA) - Negros Occidental Irrigation Management Office, through the GAA-LFPS CY 2021, intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY THREE PESOS & 56/100 (P 7,811,293.56) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Three (3) units Steelgate at Intake and Two (2) units Steelgate at Sluiceway at Malogo Irrigation Project with Contract Reference No.: NIA-NOIMO-CW-MALOGO-LFPS-39-2024. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening.
